• Design key policies and institute change management programs through organization redesign and communication.
• Design key metrics and processes around talent acquisition, OKRs, performance management and employee engagement.
• Drive investor satisfaction by aligning people programs to business strategy.
• Ensuring speed and quality of hiring through competency-based assessment, driving employee satisfaction and retention and introduction of policies.
• Set up the talent analytics and automation practice to drive HR analytics for presentation to the board.
• Work with legal and finance to address local compliance and employee relations.
• Employee satisfaction score improvement through introduction of health and wellness programs and driving employee engagement initiatives every month
