Do you have a strong passion for improving the lives of children with additional needs or disabilities? Whether you’re an experienced Educator, have some inclusion support experience, or are exploring a career in childcare for the first time, THIS is the role for you!

Our OSHC service Canning Vale OSHClub is looking for a dedicated Inclusion Support Educator to join our team in delivering fun and engaging programs for primary school children, particularly those who have additional needs or a disability. This permanent part-time role guarantees a minimum of 25 hours per week, with opportunities for extra hours during the school holidays.

About the Role

Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll help create a welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5-12 years old. Your role will include:

Working alongside the team to support children with additional needs / disabilities

Facilitating exciting, child-led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts – whatever you and the kids love!

Building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community

Collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program

You'll work split shifts Monday – Friday across the services opening hours of:

Morning: 6:30am – 8:45am (Rise then Shine Program)
Afternoon: 2:45pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program)
School Holidays: 6:00am – 6:00pm (Holiday HQ Program)

Who We’re Looking For

No formal experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the training you need. We’re looking for someone who:

✔️Has an understanding of strategies for behaviour management and supporting students with additional needs / disabilities (Desirable)
✔️ Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
✔️ Communicates clearly and confidently
✔️ Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
✔️ Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
✔️ Has Australian work rights
