Job Details
Location: Prestons, NSW
Position: Relief OSHC Assistant Educator, in-term and Vacation Care.
Hourly Rate: $31 - $42
In addition, earn an extra 15% above the award wage listed in this ad as part of the Worker Retention Payment Scheme making the actual wage $35.87 to $49.06 per hour plus super.
Role:
After School Care: 2:45pm to 6:00pm
Vacation Care
Monday to Friday availability
Paid administrative time time and regular training and development opportunities.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
As our OSHC Service Assistant you will:
Create Awesome Experiences: Assist in delivering science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
What You Bring to the Mix
The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Certificate III in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
The Vibe: You’re warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.
The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
