Job Description
The Global Operational Technology (OT) Governance & Process Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing PepsiCo’s operational technology cybersecurity governance framework. The framework and processes ensure cybersecurity capabilities are sustained by monitoring a comprehensive set of performance metrics and controls and ensures services are compliant with standards, controls, and service agreements.
Responsibilities:
Design OT Governance Framework and processes considering Cybersecurity governance and processes, and plant operating environment
Monitor OT compliance with requirements in OT governance framework
Guide and advise team members on applying OT governance framework and integration with Cybersecurity processes (e.g., controls review, exceptions)
Establish OT Global Governance review process and required stakeholders
Design and implement global OT risk control process
Analyze OT cybersecurity performance metrics (control compliance, service compliance, health index); - Provide report requirements that identify global and sector cyber risks
Provide requirements for OT cybersecurity training and awareness
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
Years of Experience:
3+ years Cybersecurity governance, policy, standards, and controls
3+ years data analytics providing insights to inform strategy
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft suite of tools - Excel (pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI user or similar reporting tool
Proficient in Visio diagram tool
Proficient in search engines and research
Non-technical Skills:
Experience partnering and collaborating with global teams
Strong understanding of global governance, practices, processes, and performance metrics
Strong process and procedure development skills
Strong skills creating visual representations of process flow diagrams
Very strong verbal and written communication skills, executive presentation skills
Strong understanding of contractual agreements, services, SLA’s, compliance, metrics
