Job Description
· Recruitment of adequate Manpower at the right time and right place.
· Manpower planning in coordination with the departmental head & Hospital Management.
· Training & Development as per the requirement.
· Employee’s Performance Appraisal update.
· Preparation and implementation of HR Policies.
· Supervision of Exit Employee and check attrition rate.
· Supervision of Attendance, Processing of salary of employee including contract employees.
· HR Committee formulation and implementation.
· Coordinate to develop department’s SOP’s and Manuals as per NABH requirement with quality department.
· Develop of processes and protocols of the department.
· Taking care of the medical benefits of the employees.
· Grievance Handling and Disciplinary action.
• All other work professional work assigned by the management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
