Experience Range: 10-12 Yrs Exp.

As a Senior Architect, you'll be at the helm of creativity and design, leading our Architecture and Interior Design Firm to new heights. Here are the key roles and responsibilities:
Design Leadership:Spearheaded innovative design concepts for architectural and interior projects.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects, nurturing a culture of creativity.
Brand Standards:Understanding what the company brings forth through design as its USP & take the ethos forward.
Design Management:Oversee multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate architectural and interior elements seamlessly.
Client Interaction:Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into design solutions.Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Technical Expertise:Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, implementing cutting-edge solutions.Ensure all architectural and interior design work adheres to industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Experience of min 10yrs.
• Proficient in relevant design software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
