About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:
Lead, motivate and empower a passionate outbound sales team
Coach & mentor your team daily to maximise results
Drive B2B revenue growth in the SME market
Uplift customer experience through quality conversations
Ensure CRM & lead flow performance is always optimised
