Are you an energetic and capable Sports Coach, PE Teacher, Activity Leader, Personal Trainer, PT's, Outdoor Educators, Amazing Activities or Team Building Facilitator?
Do you love engaging with groups and leading fun, active sessions?
Thrill Events is on the lookout for confident, outgoing staff to run adult team-based games and group activities in a dynamic setting!

Time: 2.45pm - 5.45pm
Location: Hunter Valley - Pokolbin

Your Role will include:
Be the face of Thrill
Welcome participants
confidently host activities to groups
Deliver clear instructions in a fun and engaging way
Facilitate fun and engaging team challenges with energy and professionalism
Coordinate and organise support staff to ensure smooth event delivery
Distribute and manage activity equipment
score and oversee activities
Motivate participants and encourage engagement
Maintain safety standards and follow protocols
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
Confident public speaking and group engagement skills
Strong communication and instruction-giving abilities
Experience leading and delivering group activities
Ability to lead teams and coordinate staff under time pressure
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Energetic, positive and customer-focused attitude
Ability to remain calm, responsive and safety-aware
Comfortable facilitating physical, outdoor or active team activities
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured run-sheets
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of instructors
Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
Pay rate:
$35 – $75 per hour (all-inclusive incl. super) or as coordinator flat rate of $250 - $450
Rate based on experience and responsibilities
