Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate the loading and unloading of tents and associated equipment with warehouse support.
• Accurately interpret and execute load lists, making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Ensure effective communication with sales regarding special notes and perform quality control inspections.
• Secure loads for safety and methodically check equipment off the list as it is loaded.
• Assemble and install various tents in accordance with specifications and industry safety standards.
• Maintain tent installations based on changing weather conditions, ensuring safety and quality.
• Inspect equipment for damages prior to removal and uphold customer relationships through friendly assistance.
• Support customers with reservations and inquiries, fostering a professional interaction.
Required Skills
• Ability to lift and carry approximately 70 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive customer relations.
• Basic mathematical aptitude for problem-solving tasks.
• Familiarity with local roads and the ability to navigate using maps.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills are preferred; training on rental software will be provided.
Qualifications
• Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and national background check.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
