Job Description
A car driver is essential as you may have several student that you will be supporting across the borough.
Duties
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
Provide outreach tuition to students outside of school
Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and behaviour.
Uphold school policies and procedures while promoting a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
Requirements
A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
Strong understanding of the English Language and Literature curriculum relevant to the age group being taught.
Car driver with valid driving license
Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students from diverse backgrounds
Experience in classroom management techniques
