Merik is a progressive industrial Rolling Steel door manufacturer seeking a Motivated Sales Representative for Western Canada. As a key part of our sales force, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, delivering tailored product solutions, and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate is proactive and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Actively seek new business opportunities and partnerships to grow the authorized dealer base in the assigned region’s
Maintain and grow relationships with existing authorized dealers
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and current authorized dealers.
Working closely with dealers in person, via telephone or electronically in a timely and courteous manner
Understand our dealers’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Achieve monthly and/or quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
Processing quotes, orders daily and other customer service tasks
Producing accurate, timely and efficient estimates and documentation for transactions
Liaise with senior management to align area goals with overall company objectives.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and other relevant industry functions
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, organized, and results oriented.
Qualifications:
Post Secondary Education (University preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
Traveling frequently
Minimum 3-5 years experience in the industrial door industry (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
