As a key member of the National Business Process team, you will leverage your expertise in process design to enhance the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of our operations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring effective outsourcing execution.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
• Design, standardize, and optimize core business processes for successful outsourcing.
• Map and improve processes for scalability, defining service delivery models and establishing KPIs and SLAs.
• Utilize agency management systems and reporting tools to document, refine, and test new workflows.
• Collaborate with regional training resources to identify knowledge gaps and enhance onboarding processes.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of business process documentation for training and reference purposes.
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in outsourcing/accounting within the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate critical decision-making.
• Proficient knowledge of agency management systems like Applied Epic or AMS360.
• A passion for process improvement and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience in engaging cross-functional teams and presenting to varying audiences.
Work Environment:
• Occasional travel may be required for meetings and training sessions.
• Flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work.

Salary Information: The applicable base salary range for this role is $74,600 to $139,100, determined based on experience, skills, and education.
