House Person
HYATT house is an extended-stay, residential-style hotel that aims to provide individual travelers with the feel of a modern condominium. The 135 room property offers comforts of home such as fully equipped kitchens, flat panel HDTVs and free high-speed internet access. The public space features facilities such as a pool, a fitness center and a business center. A full breakfast every morning and an evening social on weekday evenings are complimentary to guests. HYATT house properties are located in urban, airport and suburban locations and can accommodate small corporate meetings and corporate clients seeking to place their employees on extended assignment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
. Inspect and clean public areas including public bathrooms, fitness center, pool area, and meeting rooms
· Provide help in the Housekeeping Dept such as stripping rooms, delivery of lines to floor storage, and laundry
· Delivering special request items to hotel guests
· Assisting the Guest Service Agent with customer service
· Inspecting all entrances of the hotel to ensure they are clean
· Inspecting the parking lot for debris
· Listening and responding to guests’ complaints.
· Know hotel emergency procedures.
· Answer guest questions regarding Hyatt House and local area facilities and services.
· Carry out any reasonable request by management that you can perform.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
