As an Overnight Support Worker, you’ll provide reassurance and support to clients through the night, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own home. This is a passive overnight role (8:00pm – 6:00am), with minimal active duties but an important presence when needed.

We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Overnight Support Worker for shifts in the Tamborine area.
What You’ll Do
Provide overnight supervision and ensure client safety
Be available to assist if the client wakes or requires support during the night
Assist with light personal care if required
Support with toileting or mobility assistance when needed
Maintain accurate documentation of any overnight activities
Work closely with the care team to ensure continuity of care
About You
You are reliable, observant, and confident working independently in a care environment.
Compassion, patience, and reliability
The ability to stay alert and responsive during overnight shifts
Strong communication skills
Confidence working independently in a client’s home
Requirements
Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or currently studying nursing/health
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
