Job Description
· Act as a liaison between shippers, branches, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of air freight and sea freight operations.
· Provide excellent customer service by promptly resolving issues, and managing customer expectations.
· Utilize knowledge of air freight and sea freight processes to assist customers with their shipping needs and provide relevant information and guidance.
· Maintain accurate records and reports, including Daily Shipment Reports (DSR), to track shipments, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
· Demonstrate proficiency in email communication etiquettes to correspond effectively with clients, branches, and internal teams.
· Handle nomination business efficiently, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
· Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
