Position: Student Success Manager(Overseas Education Manager)
Roles and Responsibilities:
• To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client
• expectations
• To achieve student invoice target by intake and assigned destination.
• Guide students every step of their journey to discovering their dream university and program.
• Setting rigorous follow up mechanisms with students and the Universities abroad
• Setting new benchmarks in student experiences and services
• Help the clients in making a list of all documents needed while submitting their applications.
• Assist the clients with Visa application & help them to prepare for the Visa interview
• Manage internal support teams to ensure the overall student experience is off the highest quality and all timelines are me.
What you bring to the table:
• -The Ideal candidate should have 2-3 prior overseas education experience.
• -Well versed with counselling and processes for admissions for USA Canada, Australia, UK etc
• -Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
• -Committed to work on long term
• -Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
