Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
Handle and upload students’ academic documents on application portals
Coordinate with students and associates via phone and email
Call prospective students and schedule meetings when required
Maintain and update all interactions and data on the CRM system
Collaborate with the management team to support daily operations
Ensure quick thinking, confident communication, and a positive attitude in all interactions
Maintain professional communication standards and email etiquette
Who Can Apply:
Female candidates preferred, aged 23 years and above
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, international call centers, travel & tourism, or real estate business development
Graduate preferred
Must have good command over spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
