What We Offer Owner Operators
Fuel capped at $0.47 per liter
$2500 Sign-on Bonus
Same rate for loaded and empty miles
$50.00 LTL Bonus Ontario to NJ, NY, NH, MA, MD, RI, CT
Pay per mile $1.25 to $1.44
Loaded produce pays additional $0.05 per mile
Paid picks & drops
Paid waiting time
Paid training
Meat inspection pay – $50
Produce loads pay extra (return trips)
Direct deposit weekly settlements
Local fleet handles all pickups – loads ready at terminal
Year-round freight
Company-Paid Expenses
Plates & insurance
Tolls, bridges & transponders
Fuel tax program
HVUT paid
Position Overview
LTL freight (no hazmat)
Canada / U.S. cross-border operation
Open board dispatch (no fixed lanes)
East / North / Midwest freight
Multiple stops per trip; trip structure varies
Freight volume and miles depend on availability and trip acceptance

Paved, secured parking
Gated & monitored facility
Driver lounge with Wi-Fi
Showers & kitchen access
On-site certified truck scale
Certified MTO-approved repair shop on site
Requirements
Valid AZ / Class A license
Cross-border experience required
FAST card (or eligible to obtain)
Clean CVOR & driver abstract
Safety-focused and professional
Ability to run LTL freight with multiple stops
