Job Description

We have an upstream client urgently searching for 2 Package Managers to support an FPU project.
• Location: Houston, TX (100% onsite)
• Work type: W2
• Duration: 3 months
• Start Date: Immediate
• Pay: Hourly with 1.5x OT over 40 hrs/week
• Per diem/Relocation: Not offered (Houston-local candidates only)
• Note: No C2C (solicitation emails will be ignored). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage specific project packages from planning through execution and delivery
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards for assigned packages
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to project management
• Support procurement activities, including evaluation of vendors and subcontractors

Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in package/project management within relevant industries
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of project lifecycle, contracts, and execution strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multidisciplinary environment
