Job Description: Packaging Executive ___________________________________________ Job Purpose We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Packaging Assistant to manage and execute packaging-related tasks, ensuring timely dispatch, order accuracy, and inventory upkeep. The ideal candidate should be highly organized with an eye for presentation and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Labelling: o Labelling of barcodes on every product (orders). o Generating labels in Softcon software. 2. System Entries & Transfers: o Performing stock transfers in Softcon for MBOs, exhibitions, KG, and production units. o Creating size jumps and stock adjustments in Softcon. 3. Order Fulfillment & Packaging: o Picking and packing of products for all orders (domestic & international). o Courier assignment via Shiprocket platform. 4. Inventory Management: o Conduct regular stock audits of BOH (Back of House) inventory. o Maintain BOH stock neatly and systematically. 5. Exhibition & MBO Setup: o Create and maintain racks for exhibitions and MBO (Multi-Brand Outlet) displays. 6. Documentation: o Fill and maintain credit notes, sales invoice bills. o Maintain OTD (On-Time Delivery), FMS reputs, and dispatch-related paperwork. o Track and record current credit reputs and dispatch invoice/credit note reputs. o Maintain EOD (End of Day) dispatch reputs accurately. 7. Logistics Tracking: o Track delivery status of every dispatched product. o Prepare and manage delivery challans for both domestic and international shipments. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in fashion or retail packaging/logistics. • Basic knowledge of data entry in inventory/ERP software (Softcon preferred). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation.
