Description & Responsibilities:
• On-boarding of new vender.
• Good with vendor management.
• Knowledge of supply Planning.
• Cost saving / Negotiation to ensure business profitability.
• Analyses and take step for cost reduction.
• Vendor finalization.
• NPD
• R & D and design coordination
• Getting sample from vender and getting it approved from concern team.
• Raise Purchase Orders to the respective vendor for the selected items within specified
SLA. Prepare and maintain the Purchase order and payment metrics.
• Coordinate with various teams to validate and update on deliveries and payments. Drive
regular open Purchase order reconciliations.
• Own the end-to-end process of PO closures.
• Audit process gaps and coordinate with teams to set up SOPs to bridge such gaps.
• Timely address the customer and vendor escalations and contribute towards a better
customer experience.
• Setting up of vendor evaluation on timely basis to measure their performance with
respective to lead times, quality, and cost and taking necessary corrective action with
vendor as needed.
• Manage load distribution among vendors, by way of evaluating their capacity and past
performance.
Requirements:
• UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
• 3+ years of overall work-experience preferably in start-up operations
• Strong attention to details and analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Extremely high level of ownership
• Knowledge of MS Excel/ Google Sheet is a must

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
