Job Overview:
The need is for a qualified Packaging Executive with a minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the field of industrial packaging.
To thrive in this role, you'll ideally be located near our site operations and possess a degree or diploma in Packaging
Responsibilities:
• Developing Packaging aligned with the client’s objectives; cost, quality, and time.
• Address packaging-related issues and troubleshoot the packaging process.
• Support in Creating & maintaining packaging specifications. Organizing and conducting trials.
• Proposing new areas for productivity savings as well as continuous improvement opportunities.
• Exploring new packaging materials, technologies & trends to apply them to new innovations.
• Partnering Cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
• Participating in working sessions with the teams and co-building packaging innovation.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers sister business units, plants, co-manufacturers, and other sources of applicable technologies.
• Conduct regular supplier assessments and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Setting up meetings, project plans, and publishing reports as required by the management team.
Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Packaging (required).
• 4 - 5 years of experience in Industrial packaging.
• Preferred experience with software and tools using SAP, Oracle or any other ERP system.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, design, and conversion process.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Desired Skills:

• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in Gujarati is an advantage.
