Packaging Manager

We are looking for a person who has experience in managing Warehouse of Factory. We are a bag manufacturing Company.

As a Final Packaging Supervisor at our Bag Manufacturing Company, you will lead and oversee the final stage of our production process, ensuring that bags are correctly packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipping. Your role is essential in maintaining product quality, meeting production targets, and ensuring the efficient flow of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:

Lead and supervise a team of packaging and labeling personnel.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure that team members meet production goals and quality standards.
Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Quality Control:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that bags are correctly packaged, labeled, and meet quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and spot checks to identify and resolve any packaging issues promptly.

Packaging Process Management:

Oversee the packaging process, including bag sealing, labeling, bundling, and palletizing.
Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines.

Inventory and Materials Management:

Maintain accurate records of packaging materials and supplies.
Coordinate with the inventory department to ensure an adequate supply of packaging materials.
Report any materials shortages or defects to the appropriate department.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure that all packaging processes adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations.
Train employees on safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in investigations of accidents or safety incidents as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain records of packaging activities, including production quantities, quality checks, and materials usage.
Prepare reports on packaging efficiency, production output, and any issues affecting the packaging process.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
Collaborate with the production manager and other departments to implement process enhancements.
