Starting Rate of pay: $ 17.00/hour Shifts Available and Hours:
Friday-Monday
6am-6pm
Shift Premium: Night shift - $1.00 /hr extra Job Responsibilities:
• Implement, sponsor, and support all continuous reliability improvement standards and practices.
• Safety of themselves and those that work with them.
• Quantity of metal being packed (must be able to maintain and understand the packing production goal)
• Must be able read a file of the customer packing specs and pack accordingly.
• Must be able to perform several tasks simultaneously.
• Must have ability to communicate (both written & verbal) and work well with all employees at all levels, willingness to learn new processes and work with limited supervision.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work 8, 10, 12 hour rotating shifts depending on shift availability, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme hot or cold temperatures.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Previous manufacturing experience in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment is preferred.
