As a Paediatric Staff Nurse in the Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care team, you will:
• Develop, implement, and evaluate holistic care for children on the general medical ward.
• Drive continual improvement of patient care through research and evidence-based practice.
• Develop additional clinical skills in the specialty.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to champion patient care and growth.

The ideal Paediatric Staff Nurse will have:
• NMC Child Registered Nurse qualification with basic paediatric life support.
• Experience with tracheostomised patients (desirable).

• Ability to work within a team and independently.
