Job Description
Deliver comprehensive paediatric care to improve the health of children and adolescents in inpatient and outpatient settings, including rural and community outreach
Participate in the 1:7 shared on-call roster
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and students
Collaborate with allied health professionals and community services
Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
What you need to work here
To practise as a Paediatrician in New Zealand, you must be registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) and hold a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
International applicants will need a postgraduate qualification comparable to Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP in Paediatrics) or another recognised paediatric qualification.
