Job Description
We’re hiring a Paid Ads Coordinator to help us scale paid media for fashion e-commerce clients who care about aesthetics and performance. You’ll work alongside our Paid Ads Manager and Junior Strategist to implement weekly creative testing, manage campaign updates, and monitor performance across Meta and Google. You’ll also stay close to the content team—requesting what you know will convert—and keep your finger on the pulse of trends so our ads are always timely and relevant.
What You’ll Do
Set up, launch, and monitor paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google
Implement creative testing plans provided by the Paid Ads Manager
Flag issues, trends, or performance shifts to the Paid Ads Manager and Junior Strategist
Request new assets from the content team and ensure timelines are aligned
Assist in pulling performance data and organizing results for reporting
Keep campaign structures organized and naming conventions consistent
Contribute to weekly testing rhythms and creative iteration
What You Bring
2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
Strong understanding of core metrics and ad campaign structures
Detail-oriented and comfortable working within tight deadlines
A proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly
Comfort working in a high-growth environment with multiple moving parts
Bonus Points For
Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle e-commerce
Familiarity with Pinterest Ads
Interest in performance creative and testing strategies
