We are a game company developing and publishing PC free-to-play titles for international markets. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our performance marketing team to support upcoming game launches and ongoing live-service operations.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced PC Game Paid Ads Specialist to plan, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns for PC game products. This role focuses mainly on Google Ads, with the objective of acquiring high-quality players while optimizing long-term performance metrics.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with game performance, player engagement, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for PC games (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Drive user acquisition for free-to-play PC game titles across international markets
Manage and optimize advertising budgets with a strong focus on CPA, ROI, and LTV
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and creative testing
Monitor daily performance and continuously optimize campaign structure and bidding strategies
Analyze campaign data and deliver clear, actionable performance insights
Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to support successful game launches and scaling
Requirements
Proven experience running paid advertising campaigns for PC games or digital products
Strong expertise in Google Ads
Experience managing and scaling campaigns across international markets
Solid understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, ROI, retention, LTV)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and optimization skills
Clear communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
Experience in gaming or PC game user acquisition. acquisition
Familiarity with platforms such as Steam, GA4, Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer
Google Ads certification
Compensation & Project Details
Monthly Salary: USD $3,000 – $4,500 (depending on experience)
Bonus: Performance-based incentives
Work Type: Fully remote, flexible collaboration
Project Duration: 6-month contract (with potential extension)
