The Opportunity

Kick-start your paid media career alongside founders who’ve scaled companies to eight-figure exits. You’ll be hands-on with Google & Microsoft Ads Management for B2B businesses with a lead gen focus. Additionally, you’ll help scale Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit advertisments, learning the craft of performance marketing while driving real revenue for global clients.

What You’ll Tackle

Launch & manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit
Craft audience segments, write ad copy, and run creative A/B tests
Track KPIs in Google Analytics 4, Sheets/Excel, and custom dashboards
Optimize bids & budgets daily to smash CPL and ROAS targets
Build basic automations and lead flows with Zapier, HubSpot, N8N or work with our Run Good team to build AI automations
Experiment with new channels and report insights in our async stand-ups
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, economics, or analytics
1-2 year experience (internships, freelance, or side projects count!) in paid search or paid social
Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager basics
Analytical mindset: you love turning data into “aha” moments
Comfortable switching from strategy chat to in-platform execution
Self-starter vibes: you ChatGPT before you ask, but you’re not afraid to ask
Bonus points for Webflow, MS Ads, or basic SQL/Looker Studio know-how

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
