Overview of the Position
The Painting Foreperson plays a critical role in delivering exceptional painting services to various clients across Australia. You will be responsible for ensuring that all painting operations are carried out to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Applying paints, sealers, and solvents to exterior and interior building surfaces.
Preparing painting surfaces for painting by scraping, filling in cracks and removing old paint.
Following established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Trade qualification in painting and decorating preferred but not essential.
Current driver's license.
A professional approach in the workplace.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to execute work that is of a high standard.
Current satisfactory national police check.
