The Opportunity:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Paper Bag Operator – Afternoon Shift to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Reservoir. You will be part of our reliability team, supporting production and our industrial customers. The annual salary range is AUD 80,000-$90,000.
The Role:
Reporting to the Paper Bag Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Deliver production capacity to meet customer orders.
Carry out routine checks and planned preventative maintenance to maintain productivity of machines.
Responsible for ensuring Quality processes are in place to meet agreed customer specifications.
Uphold and adhere to company policies and procedures in Environmental, Health and Safety
What you will bring to the team:
Preferred Mechanical Trade certificate and post trade qualifications in hydraulics and pneumatics would be highly regarded.
Minimum 5 years industrial experience on paper bag manufacturing machinery.
Excellent machine troubleshooting skills, specifically around paper bag manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge of machine preventative maintenance systems.
Clear Verbal and written communication skills.
Great work ethic with the ability to work autonomously or part of a team.
Coaching and mentoring skills to help develop skills & depth within the team
