Description
The Courtyard by Marriott Edmonton Downtown is seeking a friendly and attentive Parking Booth Attendant to oversee and monitor our reserved parking lot. As one of the first points of contact for hotel guests, you’ll ensure a welcoming and safe experience while providing assistance and information.
Requirements
Must have a valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
Monitor the parking lot and ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
Report unauthorized vehicles and maintain lot safety.
Provide directions and information about the hotel and local area.
Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times.
Qualifications
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.
Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
