Key Responsibilities :
Lead and participate in all phases of the design process, from conceptual development to project completion.
Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and consultants to deliver exceptional interior design solutions tailored to the hospitality sector.
Oversee the development of detailed design drawings, presentations, and specifications, ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectives.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the team.
Stay current on industry trends and integrate innovative design solutions into projects.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality results.Required:
