Position: Part-Time Concessions Helper (002544)
Location: Middlebury
This is considered a part-time, hourly, non-benefits eligible position. The rate for the position is $16.38 per hour.
Core Responsibilities:
• Accurately process food and beverage sales using cash registers, scanners, or wireless equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout our campus locations.
• Assist in food production work including food prep and equipment set-up, requiring proper use of kitchen equipment.
• Ensure the highest standards in sanitary FOH procedures, condiment, coffee stations, countertops, floors, and trash storage are clean and always maintained.
• Clean work areas, including counters, floors, dishes, and related equipment, ensuring they are in proper sanitary condition.
• Observe proper food storage and handling procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Ensure that food and beverages are properly and safely served. Some locations will require Serve Safe certification and a VT DLC license.

Position Prerequisites:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of point of sale and cash handling helpful.
• Works cooperatively with others and accepts direction from supervisors with effective time management skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and procedures while participating in a team environment.
• No previous experience necessary, although cash handling training is helpful.
