• Preparing contracts and invoices for equipment rentals.
• Expanding your skillset by cross-training in various areas to improve customer service effectiveness.
• Generating leads for Project Specialist programs by actively discussing project needs with customers.
• Utilizing store systems to manage inventory, prioritize loads, and prepare merchandise to meet customer specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and safe store environment by following housekeeping standards and safety protocols.
• Operating necessary store equipment for your role.
• Efficiently completing freight and merchandising tasks.
• Coordinating deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
In addition to these duties, you will also engage with Pro customers, assisting them in their shopping journey and providing quick service when it matters most. Your ability to effectively use technology will be crucial for processing transactions and managing customer orders.
