Key Responsibilities

• * Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding data issues and updates.
• * Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
• * Strong typing skills with a minimum of 45 words per minute.
• * Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• * Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• * Strong organizational and time management skills.
• * Basic understanding of data management and data entry best practices.
• Experience
• * Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
• * Familiarity with CRM systems and databases is a plus.
