• Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons that align with curriculum objectives and student learning outcomes.
- Utilize innovative teaching strategies and educational technology tools to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to facilitate their language acquisition and proficiency development.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among students.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, and adapt teaching methods accordingly to meet individual learning needs.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in English language teaching and integrate relevant resources and materials into instruction.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and ongoing training sessions to enhance teaching skills and expertise.
• Requirements:
- Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field ( MANDATORY).
- Previous teaching experience in English language instruction, preferably in a ICSE/CBSE board
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and platforms for delivering virtual instruction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
