A Part-Time MedSpa Receptionist is needed for a rapidly growing Internal Medicine Practice with Med Spas. Our practice is well established, and currently has five locations (between Jasper, Canton, Roswell & Rome ), with 26 Medical Providers. Out of our current locations, we have four Internal Medicine / Primary Care offices with a Med Spa in each location, and we also have a pediatric location! We will be opening our sixth location in Woodstock in March 2026. We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, and someone who is willing to grow with our practice. This position offers numerous opportunities for growth, and Prestige Medical Group will provide additional training, as needed, for all services provided in our Medical Spa. This position would require willingness to travel for training when necessary, and the flexibility to work at multiple locations.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Front Office required (Medical Setting Preferred)
Excellent Computer Skills Required
Epic EHR Experience Preferred
Must be willing to train from either of our 4 Medical Spa locations when necessary
Must be Punctual & Dependable
Must be able to multi-task, & work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Must be a Team Player & Possess Strong Communication/Leadership Skills
Must possess excellent Customer Service Skills
Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Check In / Check Out Spa Clients
Obtain Proper Treatment Consents prior to rendering service
Collection of Monies at Time of Service
Scheduling Appointments
Appointment Confirmations
Answering Incoming Calls and Online Inquiries for Medical Spa
Job Type: Part-time
Job Benefits include but are not limited to:
Competitive Salary based on experience
Business Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
Position Schedule: Flexible Range (16-24 Hours per week)
