COMPANY OVERVIEW
Galpin opened its doors in 1946 and over the last 77 years has become the pinnacle of the Automotive industry. Galpin Motors is an automotive pioneer and credited with many industry firsts. Galpin was customizing vehicles before custom cars were a thing. In the 50’s, Galpin was showcasing custom cars with the Barris’. What You’ll Be Doing:
• Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately
• Greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail
• Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents
• Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
