Job Summary:
This essential role involves training and supervising staff, ensuring all assigned duties are performed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train Union Revenue Recovery employees.
• Conduct procedure audits to generate insightful reports and results.
• Calibrate, validate, and audit to ensure billable units are accurate.
• Enforce adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times, ensuring compliance with departmental and governmental requirements.
• Manage departmental resources to maximize accuracy, efficiency, and output.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes employee engagement, proactive communication, collaborative problem-solving, and continual improvement.
• Implement personal development plans for employees to support their ongoing professional growth, including timely safety training and new implementation processes.
• Ensure employees receive specific information, detailed skills training, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching to facilitate continued development.
Qualifications:
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Must meet local age and operations requirements for vehicle operation.
• Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling are necessary (start times may vary based on volume).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proficient in Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs and climb ladders and stairs.
Hours:
• Guaranteed minimum of 25 hours per week, with a possibility of working more hours as needed.
Schedule and Location:
• Position is for Day Sort Supervisor.
• Work schedule is Monday to Friday.
• Start times vary from 12:00 PM to 2:15 PM.
• Flexibility required for calibrating and testing DWS Units prior to start time, typically 2 to 2.5 hours early.
• Must be willing to cover coworkers' days off and vacations.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Potential assistance needed at nearby facility if required.

Pay Range:
Base pay ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr, based on various factors including market location and individual qualifications.
