Job Title: Part-Time Social Media cum Online Store Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our team
as a Part-Time Social Media cum Online Store Executive. In this role,
you will work for about 5 hours every day, 6 days a week, and be
responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating
interesting Instagram reels, editing videos, making image creatives,
handling social and other customer communications, and various other
tasks related to website management as asked time-to-time.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and sales
•Create compelling and creative Instagram reels that showcase our brand
•Edit videos and make image creatives that are in line with our brand image
•Manage and monitor our social media accounts to ensure a positive
customer experience
•Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
•Work with the team to create engaging content for our website and
social media platforms
•Assist with website management tasks such as product uploads,
updates, and maintenance
•Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
-Strong social media management skills, with experience in creating
content for various social media platforms
-Proficiency in Canva and/or Photoshop for creating image creatives
-Ability to do basic video editing using software like iMovie, Adobe
Premiere, or similar tools
-Creativity in making Instagram reels that are engaging and on-brand
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Knowledge of online marketing and e-commerce shall be given preference
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
•6+ months of experience in social media management, e-commerce, or
digital marketing
•Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
•Basic english skills (ability to understand and basic written and
verbal communication)
