Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, providing excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
Experience: 3-6 months
Location: Andheri west
Working days: Thursday - Sunday (6PM - 10PM)
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer their queries, and assist them in finding products.
• Sales Support: Assist with sales transactions, operate the cash register, and handle returns and exchanges.
• Stock Management: Help with receiving, unpacking, and arranging new shipments of products.
• Merchandising: Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and clean, and assist in setting up displays and promotional materials.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and help monitor stock levels to ensure availability.
• Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager to support the store's operations.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Attributes:
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
