Job Title: Part-Time Telesales Executive (Digital Marketing)

Location: Remote (permanent WFH)
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month (Plus Incentives)
Key Responsibilities:
Call and engage with potential clients to promote our digital marketing services
Set a minimum of 2 qualified meetings per day for the sales team
Achieve a monthly sales target of ₹30,000
Follow assigned KRA (Key Result Areas) and meet daily/weekly goals
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
6 months to 1 year of telesales or telecalling experience (preferably in digital marketing)
Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media, Google Ads, etc.
Good communication skills in Hindi/Bengali (as applicable)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and consistent in performance.
Must have a smartphone.
Work Hours:
4 to 5 hours per day (Monday to Saturday)
