Stahllform is keen to hire a Head Sales & Marketing to oversee the organization’s sales and business development strategy and activities. She/He will be a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The incumbent will have to maintain control of sales, marketing and customer service and be an experienced and efficient leader with excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics.

Qualifications
• Engineering Graduate from a reputed institution
• Relevant experience of 15 years with over 3 years in a leadership role
• Should have worked in electrical switchgear / panel industry
• Strong connect with project consultants, contractors and end-users
• Understanding of business functions such as HR Finance, Supply Chain and Operations
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Ability to build a business from the drawing board
