What We Offer

• Flexible Schedules: Work when and where you want – with longer visits in the same place
• 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions
• 24/7 assistance related to client care
• In home care with private clients
• No union dues
Responsibilities And Duties
• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
• Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Perform wound care, medication administration, and other tasks within the LPN scope of practice
Requirements
• 1 year previous nursing experience
• Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
• Graduate of a recognized nursing program, and current registration with the CLPNA
• Current TB Screen, CPR and Criminal Record Check
• Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
• Valid driver’s license is required
