Job Description:
1. Responsible for analyzing of new regulatory developments including preparation concept note, BRD, testing etc. and gather requirement to establish end to end Configuration of Workflow.
2. Track the regulatory developments end to end and ensuring that the timeline provided by SEBI/Govt. of India is achieved.
3. Organize meeting with respective stakeholders to regular monitor the progress and to achieve the regulatory compliance.
4. Coordinating with other MIIs for uniform implementation and SEBI in compliance related matters. 5. Understanding of SEBI/NSDL guidelines, Preparation and issuance of circulars, Operating guidelines and regulatory directives to Depository Participant / RTAs.
6. Regular updating of various Master Circulars.
7. Co-ordination / follow up with various teams and Issuing clarifications on queries raised by Participants.
