Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure daily onboarding and dealer support management of partners for plan sales.
• Manage incentives program.
• Dealer support for Retail Partners and one point POC for OEM plans.
• MIS reporting to Retail Partners .
• Training retail Partners on new Products and Process .
• Bulk and as well as one of activations for Retail Partners .
• Manage dealer support channels to identify keys issues and work on solutions with product/tech .
• Ensure launch, engagement and payout of incentive schemes .
• Training and re-training of dealers at NPI and when needed.
• Manage marketing material creation, logistics and delivery at dealers.
• Conduct training and re-training for new offers and product launches for our partners.
• Help with extensive Reconciliation activity for finance team.
• Flexible and professional approach towards work.
• Qualities - Team player, Quick learner.
• Ownership to manage end to end programs.
• Bring innovative solution on the table with lateral thinkin
