About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Specialist in our busy Invercargill Branch. Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, in this role you will be:
Interpreting and processing customer requests
Providing service to internal customers for parts
Picking and packing parts and components
Sourcing parts from other sources as required
Utilising your highly developed communication skills
Exercising your strong computer skills, data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Highly organised in your approach to your work
You will also be hardworking, customer focussed and cool under pressure, allowing you to prioritise tasks in a busy workplace. Knowledge and/or experience with commercial vehicles or heavy equipment is an advantage, and a current driver's license is necessary.
You will have:
Excellent customer service skills
Proven organisational and planning skills
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal & written
The ability to positively engage with and influence all parts of the business
High level of computer literacy
The ability to perform under pressure and to prioritise and multitask in a time driven environment
Demonstrated problem solving, logistics and/or service experience.
