Experienced with calling insurance companies.Strong communication skills as you will be speaking with insurance representatives,Anatomy and medical terminology knowledge required.Experience with taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking patient paymentsMust maintain HIPAA standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professionalMust be able to multi-taskStrong customer service orientationExcellent organizational skills and must be detailed orientedProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong computer and typing skillsPositive, friendly, approachable dispositionAbility to work with multiple prioritiesMust have the ability to work independently
