Job Description
We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support a busy, multifaceted, patient-centered integrative medicine clinic. The tasks and responsibilities of this position will vary from week to week and would involve everything from assisting in hands-on patient care to assisting in front desk activities and answering the phone to more mundane things like wiping down door knobs. Computer proficiency and social media skills are mandatory. Experience in a medical clinic and fluency in Spanish are highly desirable.
You should be a skilled and adaptable problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous attention to detail is mandatory. The ideal candidate is an autonomous 'overachiever' who can follow directions with ease and might be considered a “jack or jill-of-all-trades”, as this role and its tasks are ever-changing. Your vocabulary doesn’t include “that’s not my job.” You find real joy in laughing and socializing with patients, making them feel like the only person in the room. You are authentic, outgoing and ready to commit to the long haul.
There is unlimited growth potential. As the practice and our services expand, so will your opportunities and income. The more you can bring to the table, the quicker this will happen.
● A minimum of 15 hours per week, daytime schedule with major holidays off (rare weekend commitments when we are present at community events.)
● 30, 60 and 90 day reviews with performance-based raises.
● Starting pay: $18/hr
